Some fascinating thoughts here from @rmcclead contained in the excellent "3 Geeks and a Law Blog". The central point is a valid one for all law firms to reflect on - how much longer can we continue to structure our business strategies around how much we want to earn, rather than how much clients are prepared to pay, or more importantly the outcomes they want delivered?

Perhaps as interesting a point is the suggestion that the early adopters/disruptors of the market (like Napster) don't necessarily succeed. We may need to wait for New Law v.2 or v.3...
