The Regulation of Legal Services is the Passle page of Iain Miller and Peter Steel, both of whom are partners in Bevan Brittan LLP. Iain and Peter have extensive experience in advising on legal services regulatory issues and lead a team who act for regulators in relation to disciplinary proceedings, regulatory litigation and policy advice. The team also undertakes projects for law firms and other legal services providers such as licensing applications for Alternative Business Structures, regulatory due diligence, compliance investigations, and other non-contentious advice on ethics and compliance.
